What to include in a bug report
Describe what you tried, what you expected and what happened. Include the browser and operating system versions, video format, duration and resolution, selected model, and any error message. If possible, reproduce the issue with a built-in sample and provide its name and timestamp.
Keep private footage private
Do not send private videos, identifiable face crops, access tokens or personal information about other people. Crop or redact screenshots before attaching them. This page does not collect diagnostics or upload files automatically.
Email and privacy questions
Messages you choose to send are handled by your email provider and the creator’s Gmail mailbox, not by the FaceMasks static web server. For a privacy question, describe the concern without including sensitive footage. No response time is guaranteed.
